he is a really good big men trainee as his big skills are really balanced.
you can go 2 routes:
1. you can go the conventional route which has been done to death and the salary gets really high so you try to sell him... you realize theres more big men just like your guy and even a bit better. goes for cheaper as well.
rotate IS, ID, REB and rinse repeat.
or
2. train up his secondaries which not only make him play as well if not better than monoskilled players but also keep his salary affordable. after you get his big men skills up to around triple prominent. I would suggest you to rotate one one and JS training for forwards and play him at the PF spot for 48 min. which trains his driving, JS, JR and Handling at the same time. once JS gets up to maybe around mediorce/average or even respectable, you can work on passing until at least respectable to keep those TO down and get some assists. might even try to get that Jr to mediorce/average. if you want him to play at PF then you need to get his OD up too, preferably at least mediorce but respectable is recommended. after all that maybe get back to his big men skills and work on those till he get to around triple tremendous or even wondrous. with his potential, I think he could even get into the national team as C/PF with great secondaries.
