kui kiiremat trenni kahele mehele tahab. las laseb C koha pealt. kui 5 mängijale, siis C\PF - aeglasem treeningvariant.

Täpselt sama info ka minul pähe kuskilt kulunud. Aga mõtlesingi üleuurida, äkki keegi on treeninud pikemat aega vastupidavust.

hetkel on turul 9 mängijat kellel on vastupidavus suurepärane(10).

Äkki see on selline tase, mis peale järgmist trenni langeb? Stabiilne on siis ehk eeskujulik.

kui oluline see vastupidavuse lõige on, ehk siis mis tasemel peaks proovima seda vastupidavuse taset minimaalselt hoida? Ma kindlalt pööran hetkel sellele liiga vähe tähelepanu, kuna ind on ikka julmalt teisi skille arendada, samas tüübis ei jaksa oma skille rakendada väljakul...

No piisab kui paar korda hooajas vastupidavust lased. Allstar nädalal ja hooaja lõpul. Pakun, et hea vastupidavus on juba täitsa OK.
