It is part of the challenge of training to get your players appropriate minutes. I don't know how many different ways it can be said.
Fouls and injuries I agree with. Garbage time and freedom of coach can be eliminated by proper lineup manipulation, in my experience.Look at my last game.At the end of the third quarter i went in garbage time and without injuries or foul troubles(3 fouls made in 36 minutes),my coach substituted him with players setted as reserves in other roles

The substitution algorithm, while it's much better than a few seasons ago (esp. in end of quarter situations), is still annoying. It bothers me that I cannot have a 5k scrub play 10-15 minutes in a game. My aim here is not minutes-handling for training/form purposes. Rather, it is to give teams a chance to see their best player do well in the last quarter (rather than start like crazy and then miss shot after shot down the stretch).1) What is the principle behind your choice?2) Would you consider giving us an option (like the "let them play"/"sit them" button) to be more generous towards the bench?3) Is this your attempt to exact revenge on Scalabrine?
