I've put my same player in starting, backup and reserve position as PG as lots of you suggested here, also made strictly follow depth chart. He got 6 fouls in 36 minutes and when everyone was having fun in his position - C, PF, reserve players. Thank god I still managed to win that game :) I don't understand even if I put strictly follow depth chart, manager should put the most suitable player in that position, but seems that manager goes crazy and wants to totally ruin your game by putting C with atrocious outside defence in PG or SG positions.

Sorry to interfere guys. Here is my opinion on 1 position training. If you intend to train short guys which is what I do for now then training 1 position is not always the best. Why?
If you intend to train 18 and 19 year old trainees then you should train 2 position training for JS,OS since you dont get much of rate skill decrease in comparison with 1 position training. If you are to train players 20 years old and over then yes you earn nearly double the rate if you train 1 position (regarding JS and OS)
As for OD I observed that it goes the other way round. 18,19,20 and even 21 year old players seem to train much faster in 1 position training. (I dont know about 22 and 23 year old players). Their rate of increase seems if not double then atleast nearly double. So in respect to OD do train 1 position!

These are my observation from the game.

my opinion is that if lets say, we train a player in 1 position and he get 48 minutes (48+) that is a 100%, but if youre training the same player in 2 positions, he gets still about ~60% , so we double the trainees and in total get more up's. I think the only time that getting only 2-3 players to train on 1 position is when you're training them for the national team and u21, thats my opinion :)
