One issue, what do we do about the offsite forum where we discuss our team when there are a few Aussies coaching foreign teams? Big conflict of interest and security threat.

Agreed, definitely a problem...not sure how you solve something like that. Unless you make it a rule that if you are involved with another countries national team then you can't be on our offsite forum.
