Why not be like Hattrick which as far as I know lets supporters have another team in any nation they want as long as it is different fom their first team. So people in Micronations can test their skills in big nations and big nation people can experience the "joys" of being in a micronation. Would basically fix half the micronation issues overnight as well as geting the BBs a ton more money. How is this not a great idea?

like it...dont see one single negative point

The PL is by far the best for testing. It is often the only game for weeks when you are playing against top flight competition and both of you are sending in non-training lineups. You can test tactics, test lineups, see if blanks work for your team etc. Really it is a massive advantage already but only a knowledge one not a financial one.

Testing your own real team against a real opponent of a similar level with both running real lineups is of much, much greater value than having three games where you play a Division V squad against bots.

From BB-Marin about this idea:

We might consider something similar in the long term, nothing of a sort for now.

This is the one change that should be relatively easy to implement and would actually bring in supporters. Why not put it on a high priority?

Honestly, i'm not a huge fan of allowing supporters to have second teams in micro nations. I think it destroys the entire concept of BB i.e. truly playing against teams from your country.

The only way i can see the micro nations problem being truly fixed is by fixing the attendance income for the teams in these nations.

And in order to do that properly there are several factors that can be taken into account:

1. Use international success to make an impact on the attendance. Micro nations in general should not have a lot of fans, except if they have a great team on the international stage. International success can be as simple as using the world rank and translating it to a factor that would impact attendance.

2. Use a formula similar to the formula to determine the merchandising income to further adjust attendance. Fans want to see stars play, but they won't really attend matches in huge numbers if the players participating in the game are not that good even if they are the best in the league.

3. Keep the current impact of the division the team is in and the fan support through the fan survey.

If you properly combine all these factors, i think it will be possible to fix the micro nations problem long term, WITHOUT making it impossible for them to build a great BB team and even win B3 one day. This way, i think the ceiling of a team from a micro nation would still be very high, but the floor would be considerably lower and stop undeserving teams amassing incredible amounts of finances and buy their way to international success. If they do it all the right way long term, they can still eventually have a great team, just like teams in other countries, but in the meantime they will need to suffer the same way teams from bigger countries suffer clawing their way through low income divisions. I feel like this kind of an approach evens out the field for everybody. High ceiling, low floor!!!
