There is no real current sportive penalty for owners who trade several players every season and/or change their starting five every 3 seasons. Why would it become slower ? It would just give a long term advantage to teams aiming to build around chemistry

Even with the tweak you propose, this is clearly not enough as impact on the results since GS is back good after 2 weeks at most. IRL, it sometimes take months or even years to build a fine chemistry.

sorry if I mislead you to a wrong conclusion... I actually did not say that the game would be slower... but it would feel slower to others who are like me that is new

as you have said above... comparing ut to rea life... it would take a long time... but we only have like 14 weeks per Season here in BB... I just tried to imagine that whatever penalty being implemented right at that very moment I have read your post over my team... it would make me feel that improvements would feel more than longer to take effect to what I feel is a reasonable length of time...

Well, 1 year in real life corresponds to 1 season in BB.

It's obvious that the goal is not to complicate the work of new teams. See it a higher level by awarding team which work deeply with their roster instead of buying and selling for a yes or a no. For example at the highest level, winning the B3 is almost only a question of money. Usually you save up and buy very expensive players to do kind of one-shot... it's a non sense.

Whatever, the goal is this idea to be seriously discussed and addressed by Marin and build an equilibrated solution to insert chemistry in the game the best way
