Yes, it seems to be a good level in this division...

It's time to present myself: Mikakou (you can call me Mika), Im french so sorry for my english mistakes!
Im in the game since the season 7 I think. I spend a lot of time in the Division IV of my country because I didnt play seriously.
Now, Im in the third Division since four seasons. Im planning to go up next year or in two years.

Concerning to Utopia, I plan to give a good structure to my team: building a lot of seats, a good staff, training...
The transfer market is too crazy for the moment, we will see for buying some players. Only buy one for the moment. And I have a really bad team, a lot of players have a salary under 2k$.
So I think it will be difficult to go to the PO.

Good luck to everybody!

Second Team:
BC Paunch
Hi everybody,

As you can see I'm Peter from Hungary, my team is the BC Paunch (it's the simple tanslation of the name of my first team "Pocak KK"-well, my wife was pregnant when I started this game some years ago ).

I'm in the first division in Hungary now and we played a final two seasons before-that was my biggest succes. My philosophy in the game is based on the training-well, I'm a teacher or what...

The transfer market is really silly now - I'm just wating and see what will happen...

I am Oriolekid. Manager since Season 7. Also, more famously known in the USA circles as the man who has lost the most U21 elections in USA history.

Seems we've got a lot of NT/U21 involved managers with their respective countries. I like it. May the best American win.

16 experienced managers have been presented with a collection of dud players, a fistfull of gold coins and thrown in this league together.

There will be the tankers who will take full advantage of the short term lack of a players salary floor and will aim for the best draft picks and probably do a little training to keep them selves interested
There will be some managers who dont understand the concept of training and instead will bring in some "relatively" beastly geriatrics with the intentions of chasing cup money and a promotion.
There will be other managers who will hedge and take the middle line and try and be competitive whilst trying to build a long term sustainable team. (This is what im currently doing)

Who is doing what and are there any other strategies that teams are employing?

Unlike the lower divisions of most countries which are heavily populated by bots, it will take more than game shapes, enthusiam and remembering to set your line ups to promote out of this Div

My strategy is somewhere in the middle. Since I had no trainees in my team who were worth a second look, I acquired a total of 6 of new trainees and plan to do 2-pos. training for the entire season. After the season I'm going to keep the 3 best (less if I'm lucky with the draft), and reassess the situation regarding training.

For now I only have hired one experienced player. Thankfully it was enough to get me a W in the first match of the season, which was on the road and against my rival, so it was quite important at this point. That W earned me a bit over 65k in the first home match (even with the bad prices..), which I'm quite pleased with.

I might add one or two experienced starters soon, since I'm most likely advancing through the first round in the cup. We'll see how the second round opponent looks like.

To sum it up: training, hopefully more than one round in the cup, money in the draft and arena, not looking to promote with any means necessary.

I have already invested 250k in my arena
got 3 trainees. 1 19 year old star from my squad and 2 import 19 year old PASa

Train and build is my plan this season. Could not bring my self to spend 100k on players who could not sell before utopia

good luck with your plans everybody.
