Every player can be good for a team, if you let them be. Its league 4 not Nbba. lol
I play tactical roles, I don't expect them to all be great or even go past 50k$.
As far as Pa training my pf Collin will. Joshmel is a brick layer. shooting 15 times a game and makes 2-3 baskets. . Collin has bad potent but better upsides in my opinion.
Im pushing joshmel one vs one every week. He not looking to hot, it just growing pains. I have given him almost a full season of one vs one.
