It does intrigue me though - I wonder whether the players being classed as proficient as are on the high end of strong and so forth? Might keep a note of who is classed as what atm!

from how i interpret the response to Kitsunebi, it sounds more simple than that.

ie: 9 = 8
8 = 7
7 = 6
etc

thats how i have interpreted it. I haven't found an official thread yet though.
