I would say best thing you can do is start a team blog on the USA offsite: http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/index/

Get some advice from all of us over there. Maybe you need re-building, maybe not. It's unlikely you want to keep paying the salaries of those 33 yo+ guys if you're not competing though. You'll need to start building up that capital for some trainees. Overall, the best strategy for long-term competitiveness might be to buy a couple of high TSP allstar (even star) trainees and a lvl 4 trainer and start training some SFs. The offsite will certainly help you strategize.

Assuming you have no capital - my 1st step would likely be listing the 33 yo guys, picking up some trainees and be OK with dropping back to Div IV if you have to in the next few seasons to regroup. That's what I had to do.

Good luck to Cal in the playoff's. rather have him move on plus our division doesn't win often be nice for a change I like his chances. Go funky
