Germany has had a training program for ages and has players who fit a style and although they had some success, they also never came close to win anything. They are also bigger than England.

Barring injuries and being mindful of the cap my trainee should be:
19/14/21 21/21/14 11/10/3/6 when he breaks 140 in 6 seasons.
Feeney should be:

Who wouldn't take +2 OD over +3 JR? Note that it's also a salary trade-off because the build you suggested is much easier and quicker to achieve considering how fast JR trains compared to OD (for me it's nearly as fast as 1v1 right now). I'm happy to train JR and give up some OD or PA if people want to play outside with the NT, but I think investing in flow (especially on bigs) would be money better spent if that's the plan.

I'd like to ask what you see Zeus as a way of uniting and building a platform for NT development? I'm sure many of us aren't expecting dramatic wins as the last two seasons have produced, we look strongest outside now, but I think we would all like to see a strong developing platform for the NT moving forward given the recent success and inspiration of our last few seasons.

Also what are your current realistic goals for this season (I understand these could be vague as you haven't seen the players yet)
