I'm sorry, it seems a good news, but I think that the gap between reach teams and new teams or teams like mine who always plais close to zero a week, should only increase.
I think it will be great for teams who tanked till now.
I don't like it at all!

P.S. But I'll try it and maybe I'll change my opinion.

Finally a good upgrade we were waiting for a long time.

This is a MAJOR upgrade, regardless of time took to implement, it meets the comunity expectation and this makes it great.

I won't compare it to the jersey design but i guess you can figure out the meaning of it :P

This is one of the best additions to the game in the last years! (y) (y)

I really appreciate it - thank you very much!

To show my support, I just extended my Supporter membership not only for one, but for two years! Same for Utopia team.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you all for the kind words. If you still think this is a major update after the next training update, we'll change it up, no problem.

@Nicolas: You are right about things staying the same for people without a youth trainer, having him gives a boost on top of the normal trainer.

@Pro_Shot: Fixed.

@Nick: Nope, the main trainer still trains all, the wording is a bit misleading, I agree.

@Ivess: Nope, there will be no special settings for this trainer, they all train the same.

@UBiond: The exact effects are for you, the managers to figure out for yourself. I'm pretty sure some will find it too small, while others - too big. It will take some time and research to figure out.

@Sahand: I hope this change motivates you to train 18 and 19 year olds and you spend lots of money on these extra staff members. Some could see that as something that will actually stretch out your finances and focus your training on younger players which are harder to train while seeking top results. We'll see, I guess.

@Cletus Robinson: I think you can figure out most of the answers from my text above. If you have more, I'm here.

@Shadow: Thanks!

Thanks for the update. In my opinion, i believe it'd be better implemented if the Youth Trainer could have effect up to 21 years old players. If you are making this towards bringing more and better players for U21 nations, this should be important, because the most important part of the training is done precisely when they are 20 and 21.

I really don't want to be the guy that complains over good news. But the one change I am expecting to make the game healthier is something around the staff bidding. It just got bigger now.
Anyway, don't worry, it seems I'm the minority maybe the game just doesn't suit me anymore.

I think that, to be Major Update, it really have to be impactful on the game, if the BB Staff says its minor, is because it doesn't really impactful the game.

My First thought, is that the new Trainer should give train, or a percentage, to all players on the team that have 18/19 years old, so that all players receive a bit of training and minor Nations have players trained automatically. If it just give a small boost, people have to consider to pay 1 more trainer to have 1 or 2 pops in the end of the Season, is it worth it? Let's try to figure out it.

Actually, I think, even a low percentage, that psychology and Nutritionist will impact a lot on the game, specially on Nutritionist, if it keeps the Stamina all the season it starts for not being "bad", and if it gives a bit of Stamina, lets say, 1 or 2 pops for Season, it is completely worth it, really impactful and is a must on every team.

I think its a good update, is good that the Staff is considering change things that are still for along time and are not afraid to change it. A lot of things still have to be considered to change, like the biddings, but for that we will have to wait more time.

Hope everyone a good game and good Pops,
Cheers,
Baverone
