Got two stiffs, one with a build too close to a 24yr old i am continuing to build. My 2nd round pick is too much of a project. Now my third pick has the cool name of Leroy Brown, but unlike the protagonist From the famed Jim Croce song he is not from thr baddest side of town, now he does stand aroound six foot four (6'5" actually) but alas he is a bench warmer though i might just have to keep him as fodder for a good laugh

A player who is 19 & have 39 TSP is useless, fire him and pick up players that are above 50 TSP.

Zaymon, I'll answer, since you're a brand new team and are obviously asking because you don't know ...

Without being able to speak Polish, I can still work out roughly what he is (I hope you understand my English just fine - I assume so since you asked in English). Potential is a two word name, which almost certainly means he is "perennial allstar" or 7 in potential (a quick check of your team confirms this).

Stan formy: porządny obviously relates to "game shape" in English, which is also a 7 (it always starts on 7 for new draftees), which means porządny = 7.

Plugging this into his inside stats means he has 7 IS, 7 RB and 7 SB, and therefore since he has 27 inside skills, a 6 for ID, now we know przeciętny = 6.

The only ones I don't know are then slaby and okropny, throwing these into google translate says that slaby = weak and okropny = awful, which I'll assume equate to the english equivalents of inept and awful, 4 and 3 respectively.

So your player looks like this:

6 / 7
6 / 4
3 / 4
7 / 6
7 / 7
7 / 7

The good news is that his skills are AMAZING. 7 is the highest an 18 year old draftee can get in any one skill, and you've even got max stamina and free throws as well. The OK news is that his potential is pretty good, without being great. As a brand new team, this player is much better than you could have expected, and should definitely be a priority for your training.

A more experienced team that wants to compete at the highest level would want someone with more potential so they can be trained until they reach the highest standard - this player won't be that good, because his potential will cause him to slow down in training before he reaches that standard. However, he will be good enough to be a star player for you in your current division, and in the next two divisions up. And, he will get there quickly, because of his amazing starting skills.

So in summary, congratulations on a great draftee, his skill set right now is excellent, and his potential is good enough for you to make him the player you want to be in 5-6 seasons time and he will help you a lot in your first few seasons. As your team becomes more established you will want higher potential players in the future, but 7 can be just fine and is certainly enough for you for now. If I were you I would find out either from the rules or the forums or a mentor how to put a training plan in place and how to train him properly - you might want to speak to the Polish U21 coach as well, as he could certainly make the team in three seasons time if trained right.

Good Luck!
