As it stands right now, there's actually a benefit to not having the building costs included: they don't count towards over extension tax. Hopefully if Marin does ever address this problem, he keeps the buildings as tax exempt.

It's not a problem really: he can put the buildings both in the economy and in the exemption. It probably only takes a few minutes to change economy page number calculations and the overextension tax calculation, assuming he just puts the building together with the staff or scouting cost (so that he doesn't need to change the actual table but only the numbers that go in it).

Not sure man, this makes no sense whatsoever. It can't be that they don't want this to impact the Tax, because there are ways around it (as others, not just me, mentioned)
