Your Utopia team salary seems OK, am I missing something?

Still not fixed as of this posting... The salary floor now shows up as correct, but I am still being overcharged about 300k from the last economic update.
It's actually worse now. I am back getting to the lower (correct) TV revenue while still paying the older (incorrect) salary floor. At least before I was still getting the older TV revenue.

Since the fan survey code is very complex, I'll need some time to check it out. The same goes for some suggested checkups that will help be identify the cause of the problem. Sadly, during the offseason I had no time for this. Patience is needed.
