We got the money as soon as the match starts btw. It's not shown on "manage my team"/economy till the end-match, but we can spend the money before the end-match.
And your attendance revenue from the live match is also shown on the main screen.

anyways, the skipping doesn't work. i wouldn't mind if the 15 min break is abolished though (i guess more than 100 threads about it must have been written since 2007...) but sincerely I find more irritating when pointless and unnecessary 2min time-outs are called in the final seconds of the match when the score is already decided...
