So my player does have a lot of weak points but I'm hoping by the time he's 21 he will be a defensive force and not a full liability on offenders for the U21 team. I hope to get passing to atleast medicore next season. Aswell as training IS and 1v1. Then back to defence and some JR and Passing here and there following season.

What do you guys think

Surely you'd expect more from a Country that has produced 2nd place in the Asian Championships for (at that point) 2 seasons in a row.

Not even close to your previous U21 players, but an interesting prospect for look inside only offense.

2 Potential Aussie Small Forwards sitting at home here. (Williams and Ryder)

With Aitkins dropping to respectable gameshape and being belted last game at SF is there any chance one of my 2 might get a call up?

I already explained the belting. We had 1 enthusiasm.

Even at respectable game shape, Atkins is still far superior to Ryder.

That being said, I'll be doing another round if scouting tonight and introduce some new faces.

So what would be a good to aim for a PG or a SG for 4 seasons time you may not be around but does it seem where haing more PG or SG being trained at the moment ?

The player will only ever make U21 but here are his starting skills

Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: mediocre
Driving: respectable Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: inept

Experience: atrocious

Id be looking for pops in ODx2,JRx1,PSx2 by hopefully allstar break and then go from there with OD and 1v1

Just an update on the U21 training squad. I am in charge of the 19 year old PG, SG and SF positions. Some fantastic work by the trainers so far. If I was to pick a team from the availiable candidates today it would look something like this:

PG Lionel Killick (Hamersley Hammerheads) Laurens-Jan Geraedts (Piss Cutters)
SG Li Wenning (Normandy Pistols) Ryan McMillan (rimmers)
SF Christopher Birss (dumprings) Leroy Sibbit (Lewisham Wombats)

Squad Specialists Iraklis Veropoulos (Learvins) (Scoring), Stephen Tuck (Home Axis) (3 point specialist), Jeremy Annels (Springvale Shaquilles) (Lockdown Defence) and Simon Foley (McWinners) (Lockdown Defence)

There are 31 players on our rdar currently and I sent all the managers (28 different ones) messages and already 17 have replied which is fntastic. This 19 year old crop is looking great so keep on training managers you are doing a wonderful job.

If you are unsure why your player hasn't made this initial list please feel free to ask me and I will let you know what area you need to work on.
