Well, you don't necessarily want all your skills to be even. I'd certainly prefer higher JS, OD, and Passing than Handling/Driving. Although I'd say HN/DV shouldn't be more than like 3 levels lower than most of those main skills though.

Also does the staff training members effect how well your players train?

Just stay patient, they don't pop every week! It'll take 2-3 weeks usually, 1-2 weeks for a youngster. Just keep rotating your training between Rebounding, Inside Shot, and Inside Defense every few weeks.

And yes, the skill level of your trainer affects how fast they train. I wouldn't break the bank buying a high skill one, but it does help to some degree. What do you have?

Oh, yeah you can get an advanced one for practically nothing, I would definitely buy an advanced trainer. Same goes to all you Kiwis!

I had an Exceptional guy for an 80k salary until just last week when i dropped down to superior one for just a 27k salary after reading the threads on how after a level 4 trainer the increase between levels is not that substantial :)

Yeah I wouldn't bother with anything above superior.

Yesterday I actually just swapped superior trainers from a 48k salary guy to a 15k salary, and "only" paid $400k for him. Not too bad, he'll pay for himself in only like 10 weeks.

And they're both young Kiwis! Awesome! It sounds like Brazier's gonna be pretty amazing in a few seasons.
