Oh!

Train Outside Defense, It's what real have matter.

His potential is low, but he can be a good player for your team, just in III division.

But the real problem is the passing, and the defense!

Oh, I was forgetting.

I decided that Hilger Schimmelmann will be a combo guard.

He has a good Inside Shot, and that is important for a
SG. His Driving is low yet, and Dribbling is low too, but
I'm sure that I will correct that.

Passing is 6, already is good, but the problem is the
Jump Range and Jump Shot, his Jump Range is high, more
high than JS, this is a big problem. If I'll train JS,
his JR will increase too, with less intensity, but will
increase.

The program of trains is it:

Outside Defense until 13 - After 1 vs 1, because the
dribbling and driving is low, after Jump Shot, maybe Jump
Range, and Passing.

I'll improve him more after, but first I wanna let him in
condition for to play in U21 NZ.

Yeah his OD and Passing are too low to right now and I doubt you could get them both up enough before he turns 22 to be good enough for the U21's. Long term thou he could be a good player for you, just get that passing up or he will throw away the ball too often.

I know that there is at dawn, but I'll watch the U21 game against Luxemburgo, I'll be a good chance for see what NZ needs in that moment.

Luxemburgo is a little part worse than New Zealand Under 21, but same that have a good chance for win playing at home.
