Figure the "[whatever] team put in more effort" meant they did either a normal against a TIE or a CT against a normal. While "[whatever] team looked like the only one trying" meant a CT against a TIE.

Yes, that is correct.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Hmm. Interesting.

I'm surprised the BBs are willing to give that much info with the messages.

I think it's because you're not supposed to be able to see a difference in the ratings.

Wouldn't that mean that Yjet CT'd? Why would he CT when he is still in the running for a relegation PO series?

That's what I was banking on!

I tried to get a little cute by playing one of my guards at SF so I could get him and some of my big men one-on-one training this week. In retrospect, that was dumb of me, as was not playing with an inside focus.

Looking back on it now, I probably should not have CTd...the thing is though, that i was still a game behind for the last spot in the relegation match and so needed to win a game to even be tied with 1986 Celtics for the 7th spot.

What I figured is that if I won this game I would be in 7th and would be able to TIE my next two games to get the enthusiasm up for the relegation game. I guess I just miscalculated things a bit. Hopefully I'll be able to make it back up here after season.

How much will you pay me to run the score up on 1986?

If it gets me into 7th, let's just say you'll be generously compensated...

My response was more of a joke than anything else...plus, I don't have nearly enough money to do something like that, even if I wanted to.

With all that being said though, I wouldn't try to convince you to go easy on him if you wanted to CT him just for kicks...
