Draft question - what order would you put these two players in on a draft list?

[potential is a 4, FT & stamina are not actually known.]

The reason I'm asking is because if you don't know the TSP/specific skills and only have data from scouting & interviewing, the two look like this:

Player 29 is a 4 star, 4 potential, B+ grade SF
Player 10 is a 5 star, 4 potential, A grade SF

My guess is that it is the difference in defensive skills which boosts Player 10's star & grade rating while lowering Player 29's. Which is also supported by another 47 TSP player I found who was only 3 star/C+ due to pitiful in both OD and ID. But Player 29 has a total of 6 more TSP and no atrocious skills, so I'd place him about a half season ahead of Player 10 in terms of training.

I'm mostly trying to figure out how the star/grade ratings relate to actual skills, and this is an example where they just didn't seem to match up well to me and I was wondering what others thought.

Proper NBBA etiquette: if you like somthing, then +1 it. Much to learn, you do, young noob.

P.S.
Stop harassing Chek for random tactic advice. You're sick!

You see, that's why they call it "NBBA etiquette." Am I in the NBBA? Nope! See in d4 we have some traditions as well, like never posting in forums, making shitty tactical decisions, and forgetting to set lineups. You'll learn this in a few seasons when you demote down there!

P.S.
Your Yoda impression needs some work

i have a terrible track record as a trainer, but i hate atrocious. so for that reason, i would reject player 10.

on the positive side, TSP is very important, as is time, so for that reason i would prefer player 29.

Yeah, the atrocious IS is another strike against 10. There were a few guys in the 47-49 TSP range who may or may not have been 18 years old (no strong skills to indicate they were 19, but that doesn't rule it out) who I diidn't even bother with scouting because they had 2 atrocious skills. That's just too deep of a hole to train out of for me.

Player 29 hands down

Better inside skills and i like trainees that have more DR than HA, makes it easier to pound on 1v1 without needing to worry about salary. I also like the JR which is a pain to train.

Eugene has a 1 point game at half. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
