Hello Jay_M e The Old Man (and who else is reading)
Even with a relatively larger community, such in Brazil, it is difficult to create a team that can compete with the giants of BB. The big NTs have teams very well prepared and distributed. Times focused exclusively to draft and train new talent. In Brazil, when I was a manager, we try to follow this, training young players in team of the second and third divisions, and then sell to major league teams. Unfortunately we have not succeeded, we build good players, but without the dedication of a really great and dedicated team is impossible to figure in the top 5 BB, with a full team, with main and reserve/substitutes players.
Considering the size of the community of India here in BB the results are understandable, but I think with just some managers, but really dedicated managers, you could make several good players to achieve better positions in the championships. I know it’s hard, but it’s possible.
I’m sorry to know about the big teams. But this may be an opportunity to the small one step up. Let’s look the bright side.
