Sorry Sid, I've been busy spectating in the ABBL forums as well. That was quite entertaining, certainly makes up for some of the lack of excitement my games provide.

Over the weekend I played my footy prelim. We won so had a bit of a celebration that night, then worked a 8am-9pm shift at the Adelaide Show on Sunday and have still been putting the pieces back together since. This week is all about the GF, so BB will definitely be taking a back seat!

Yeah I was hoping you might tank our game after already winning this week (and still being in the cup), but in the end figured you probably wouldn't. Thought I was a 50/50 chance at best to get a win, but would've needed to play a normal and a proper team, basically eliminating me from the cup in the process.

The 70 point loss really hasn't helped my PD, dropped from 1st to 4th after the loss. Quite a few strong looking teams in here, not going to make any predictions until everyone has played their hands...

Been flat out at work lately (I work in footy, so it's been the busiest time of year), hence less time on BB. I generally still read through this forum when I log on, but don't always have the time to reply.

Great game mon, I finally put in a defensive lineup on and it semed to work. 27 - 87 Fgs not so good and the big C was quiet. New recruit gets a big hug from everyone. Last chance effort to save the season lol.

yar i hate to blame injuries, but lack of players and poor game shape this season is killing me. im just treading water at the moment.

nice purchase just before the game though, thanks for that haha - im not quite sure how my PF can go 10-17, yet the rest of the team shot so poorly. And my ratings were so poor!

but well done. keeps you in touch with the group.

damn tantrums that was a really good game last night..so close all the way! Had me on the edge of my seat!

Yeah it was a good game.

I was watching from the middle of the first quarter and I honestly thought I was a pretty good chance at the start of the 4th...then you scored a bunch of points and pulled away at the end.

Despite all the chatter from the other conference I think our side is a little more competitive this season and we will win a few games in the crossover matches (unlike last season)

yeah i thought i was done for at the start of the 4th when ur guys got a 6 point lead

luckily for me abimbola and smeltz got some clutch baskets and drew some fouls, allowing me to make up some ground. It was a lot closer then the final score, most of the points in the end were from intentional fouls.

yeah looks like red and blue battles will be a bit more even this season, we got absolutely smashed last season
