Basically true unless you are in the lower leagues (that being d3/4 here in oz and lower in other countries). I guess its just to give those lower div teams something to look forward to in the future.
@Jay - Congrats - I could always see you getting there even back when you were in div 2. I admire the way you are patient as a manager and build your team towards success. Good luck in B3.
