There's a clickable link under your starting lineup that says Show/Hide Skills Table (at least that's what it says in English). Click on that, and the table that appears is the thing you need to copy.
Sorry I can't translate that for you, but its the only thing directly underneath your lineup so you should be able to see it.

Yes Gully is correct. Note that you can also use
http://beta.buzzer-manager.com/effectif/
to take down this kind of roster data, but you need to work around it a little more.

That's to give you an idea of how good the players are at a given position:
- Under "Player display", the option by range does not seem to be working, so just leave "Total Output /0"
- Under "-> rating" you can see the contribution to the selected team rating that a player is expected to have. When you select your players from the drop down menus in the area E2:Z17 you will see a number. That number is the the type of info you selected in "-> rating" and it might be a specific team rating or the overall sum of the impact to team ratings. I would simply leave "sum of team ratings /0" there
Finally the last cell "Player sort order" is a filter which will sort the table with your players in B20:AI38 by the criteria you select. I think that should be clear what it does just by experimenting with it.
None of these options has any effect on the lineup or the tactics you select. They are just there to help you select.
