It worked fine for me in Chrome this morning. Two things you can try:

(1) In the Extensions page for chrome, remove the old greasemonkey script before installing the new one.

(2) Clear cookies.

If it's still not working, can you give me a bit more information about what's going wrong?

I do have this data, but of course, there's a big limitation (and the explanation for why I haven't done this yet):

Since DMI is so heavily based on salary, it would be almost impossible to estimate rates for out of position training because of the selection bias height imposes on position. For example, it would be very hard to figure out how fast OD trains on 7ft tall guys, because almost all 7fters are listed as PF/C's, and thus OD training basically does not affect their salary (and therefore their DMI). Same for Rb training on short guys, JR on bigs, etc, etc, etc.

It might be useful for figuring out some more general characteristics of training (age effects, maybe cross-training, or certain "elastic" effects), but otherwise being able to only estimate primary trainings makes me much less excited about it, and I'm very wary of the biases associated with this sort of analysis.
