is it sure that Guards-Forwards - SG/SF get jump shot on 2-3 weeks?

last week I trained Passing for PG/SG and I got a Pop on Driving for one of my PGs. The list in the first post (at the bottom of the list) only mentions PA and HA. So Dr may be added to that list.

Forwards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains IS @ 7-8 weeks

I trained 14 weeks JS (Forwards) but never had a skill-up in JR.

Perhaps it's bad luck because my players aren't young enough - can anyone confirm the JR training?

For forwards I don't know but for wingman and guards I did have JR pops in Under 21 players!

It would be interesting to know from the scouts of the national teams which data they have about this!

If training JS for forwards only gives the advantage of using the PF in is "right" position I would say it is a bit useless!

IS increase pretty fast (~60% speed compared with the JS increases at same skill-levels).

I trained JS for forwards last week and one of my players had an up in JR.
