Thanks. I'll stick with two posistion training, with guards. I've got some good trainees on the way. I'll need six right. One to play PG and one to play SG for each game in the week? Is it better to have 5 so you can play someone else if they don't get enough minutes.

I was doing 6 when I was doing 2 position training. Just play them at backup SF if you are worried about gameshape. Plus a couple I were training were my top SF's anyway so they might even start a game at SF as well as 48mins at SG or PG

A level 4 trainer is good to start with try and get one on under 15k salary, try not to get into a bidding war for one just wait for the next available one. As for Doctor and PR possibly level 3 to start, maybe level 2 if u need to save money.

lv 1 doctor is enough IMO. Once the team has developed well you can get a higher level doctor if you feel you need one. Once you start selling out your arena and build new sections, get a level 5 PR.

i disagree id say a lv 3 is a must, with lv 1 the chance is to high to injure a key training player for a few weeks and lose much more value off this player then the difference in salarys over time.

i know i cant predict the injury will happen but i think its not worth the gamble.

That's a fair point but I've never had a doctor over level 1 mainly cause I've hardly had that many players get injuries. I think only once I've had one trainee injured for 2 weeks, other then that, non trainees have been getting injuries. At the same time, if you spend an extra 5-10k on a level 3 doc, you may end up losing more money then having a low level trainee out for 2 weeks. So IMO, not worth getting one, especially when you first begin.

well you have been very lucky then from my understanding of how this game works.

say your training a mvp center who is 18 and 7 foot 2

lv 1 doc he gets injured for 4 weeks thats potentially 4 pops lost
lv 3 doc same injury may be reduced to 2 weeks losing 2 pops
or even better the injury may not of happened at all.

4 pops could easily be 300k in value lost on such a player.

now imagine if you will the same situation but if you bought the player for a million dollars rather then drafted him.
and imagine in his first season he got injured twice both times at 4 weeks.
not only would you lose 2 thirds of the season training him, but his initial value is now completely overpayed for plus you have lost 600k+ in an economy where money is being worth less and less each season.

either situation you looking a 5-8k more a week for a lv 3 doc id gladly pay that then lose 300k in four weeks.
IMO is is definitly worth getting a lv 3 as soon as you have an 18 year old of any potential over starter.

regarding staff this is my opinion,

for a coach, its either level 1 or level 5 and above, training is about commitment and improving your players should be given a really big attention. the training results is already slower than the pass few seasons, i know its hard to be in a bidding war but this should be the way to go. because level 4 and below doesnt give much in return.

for PR manager, the only reward you will be getting from this guy is a slow or a gradual increase in your merchandise sales, but from my experience the increase usually doesnt really pay off from what your paying him for his salary you will realize whatever increase your getting is just the amount your paying him for his salary or even more.

* my personal advice is, the PR guy is just a support guy to your team. your overall attendance and money making ability rest on your team entirely. if you are sure your team can make a good run at a season just get a level 3-4 guy for division 1 teams which i recommend try getting with ability

for ability this is what i do:
1) if you think your team can mostly win your home games try getting the national affect since it will help you more on the road

2) if you think your team is just an average which you feel you cant win consistently get the home crowd guy, it will help you on your home turf, its better this way you lose more money through attendance when you lose at home.

for lower division team i suggest just getting a level 2-4 guy same with ability.the only good thing also having a high level PR guy is when you lose one game it helps lessen the after effects of losing n your home game attendance but again if your cutting in below or even just a little above .500 winning % i think your just wasting money.

for a doctor

i would always recommend getting at least level 5, its ok even without ability. but overall for me injuries happen at random affected by a number of factors, but to help prevent injuries is to know how to balance your players GS and minutes played ( i havent experience a injury since season 4 till last season wherein i wasnt active and most of my starters played heavy minutes and GS affected ). but the doctor helps lessen your chances to get injured even if your player get hurt.

this is just me, because i havent proven much that injuries also happen on the matchup setup or so ( im not going to start )

hope this helps
