Poorly.
edit: real answer: enthusiasm is reflected in match ratings. So on the main matchup page that's based on all games this season, it's not going to do a good job. But when you use the customized predictions, you can change your ratings to reflect what you think they'll be given your enthusiasm. Or just import a recent game that had a similar enthusiasm.
Effort is much harder, since the effect isn't reflected in the ratings, and currently there's no good way to adjust for that. Other than saying "+1 effort is worth X points", and using your favorite valuation of effort (I go with 8-10 points).
