training them at maximum speed (OD monorole, some JR monorole, JS) you can develop two good players.

It is quite urgent to give them a major increase in OD, before that combination age + height will make it too painful.

i'd go PG personally.. cos at that height the guard skills train really fast... but depends what your team needs I guess

with that potential I will put all efforts as simple SG. As PG his skills will be lower in average due to potential cap, and it will be a very limited player.
