How do SF fit into this? should they be trained as guards or bigs in your example? Maybe you should include a section just for them.
Well the reason I didn't include SFs in this is because SF is a very specialized position. We have LI SFs, RnG SFs, and more basic SFs like Velasco. It would be difficult for me to give you an idea of what an NT SF would look like as far as minimum skills etc etc. Giving you an idea of what a U21 SF would look like would be even more difficult.
The guidelines, which I probably need to update, were intended to give people a very basic idea of what we are looking for in a guard or big at the U21 or NT level.
If you are interested in creating an SF or a guard with some inside skills for the U21 or NT, I would post about your player on the offsite forum, where you can get plenty of advice, and we can compare the progress of your player to other similar players:

EDIT: I made some changes to the guidelines, mostly minor changes to skill minimums and maximums, as well as potential minimums. Also included a short section discussing FTs and Stamina.
