Ok, all of the scouting has been completed! I ended up putting 134 new 18 year olds on the list, which is more than normal, but that happens sometimes. :P
Next up....the BC Toroo select teams 2.0! Did your 18 year old draftee have some of the very best starting skills in his age group? Probably not! However, 15 elite young players will make those imaginary teams, and I'll post the results shortly. Let the spreadsheet number crunching begin!
