most new managers don't have 1.9 mil.. if a guy has 1.9 mil to spend then he probably has some experience. If he's been playing for a few seasons and spends it on that guy then he obviously made a really dumb mistake and that's on him. Even so, mistakes made by new managers are part of the game and there is no mistake that a manager can not recover from.

Check the Suggestions they are important

Ok, you have suggested a lot of things, but every sugesstion you've made has it pros and cons. That's probably the reason they are not implemented; there are too many cons. Some examples:

I suggested a long time ago that they allow us to set autobids, where we set an amount and we automatically overbid any other bid till that amount is reached or passed.
The fun of this market is that you have to be online to buy a player. In this way, the more active players have more chance to buy nice players. You have to spend time on the game if you want to become better.

I hvae suggested making bids extend an extra day if bid is raised by X% in the last hour.

What are the pros of this idea? Deadlines are already been extended when a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes or some. You want to know when you're player is going to be sold. When he leaves your team. When you can't use him anymore. The same is for your opponents. You want to know what kind of players are available at match time. This suggestion is going to be really bad for B3 and PO games, because of the transfer deadline. Because of this, IMO it's impossible to implement.

I have suggested allowing the seller to choose to list for 3 days, 5 days or 7 days.
Could be implemented, but does it add something to the game? Please let me know.

I have suggested all auctions ending at the same time each week, or a few times a week.
How about the time differences? BB is played all over the world; IMO it's impossible to implement such a feature. And again: what does it really adds to te game?

There are solutions but I don't think the BBs think the market is broken they like it the way it is I suppose.
I agree. They probably do not think the market is broken like the way you suppose. Because they are the ones who implemented it and managing/maintening it. They have the log files, the reports and so on. We, users, haven't got that much information about the market.

But indeed. I think there has to be a little fee for listing a player. Maybe 1-3k or something.
There is already a fee for selling players. Like 7% when the player plays a long time in your team. Maybe this could be reduced to 6% when the player is sold and another 1% of the starting price each time you list a player.

So you won't loose extra money by fees when your player is sold, but you have to think twice when listing a player.

Uhh no, why do you ask that?
I just think your suggestions are not realistic.

Why should I do that? I've nothing against you or you idea's and to be honest, I didn't saw that your post was from 5/6/2011. Sorry for that ;-)
I only wanted to explain why your suggestions weren't implemented before.

I'm not even sure why people think this is an issue. It is a free market, people should be able to list for whatever price they want. And people should be able to buy for any price they want (excluding cheaters). So what if there are a few extra players on the market that you have to sift through, it isn't hurting anyone. If you set your transfer search criteria properly this is rarely an issue anyway, set a max price, set the skills you are looking for, and ignore the ones you aren't interested in. Seems quite simple.

Note that the player is a free agent, so no owner is profiting from the sale.

It's an overbuy, but his price was driven up from $0 one way or another. Not the best example of TLing gone haywire or whatever.
