Money transfer via players I presume is what you mean? And if so, this is already protected against via cheating reports.

Multiple accounts, whilst technically cheating, isn't a big issue in my opinion unless the accounts interact with each other.

NT Sabotage is vague as an action that sabotages a NT is allowed as long as it wasn't the purpose of the action.

I don't have any to contribute. I just can't fathom why anyone cheat in a game, where you really don't get much of a reward. Its not like there is hundreds or thousands of dollars at stake. shrug.

But it's not true that we let in "well-known" cheaters easily. Most of the times we can't do anything about it, as you should know.
