Hey, there's no need to worry about spy's stealing your tactics and player attributes. I am the England U21 coach, and have seen the forum and the way it is currently broken down. Members can see all the regular stuff, like the announcements, research, transfers, discussions, etc, but only the members that are approved by the U21/NT coaches can access their countries tactics and player scouting. This way, all the different countries can inter-mingle without the worry that a person will come along and give their important information to a third party. It is a really cool setup, and according to Revo should be 100% ready sometime tomorrow. It will be nice to have discussions from a bunch of different people, and not just the same 3-4 managers :) England, Canada, New Zealand, and Nigeria will soon be one!

Anyone willing to buy Xung Ung? He is on the transfer list so I can't post a link, but it would be nice to have a NZ manager managing him.

Yeah, his price is high.

It would be nice to have him managed by a NZ manager though.

Dude, you're starting your election campaign early but not doing yourself any favours. You clearly don't understand the nuiances of the U21s. There's only so much a manager can do with the players who are available and there's only one game (Macau) where we lost and should have won. We could have CT'd but would have gotten hammered in our other games. Look at the ratings we pulled in those losses and we were competitive.

I'm confident Ralph can turn things around next season.

Its nice to have the NZ community so supportive, especially considering my crap performance as U21 Coach so far. For all NZers, if you want to see my plans on how we are going to improve, and have your say (even if it's abuse :P), sign up for the new combo offsite here: http://w11.zetaboards.com/BB_ECU/index/.

I agree this season hasn't been good, but as Chico pointed out there is only so much I can do. In Macau's case I could of CTed, and then lost every other game. And in regard to Nippon, I CT'd, I played how I thought the team would best play, and that's all I can do. It's not my choice whether a team CTs us or not.

Thanks guys for all the support. :)

If you are referring to your own publicity I would disagree.

I would like you more if you had kept quiet and I had no idea who you are.
