Umm, Dudley has rapidly grown as a player, known to now be able to guard the likes of Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant. Watch him play a little more please...

Not to mention the nights he has 20+ point games, of course some games he's not as productive on the offensive end but he definitely helps on the defensive end giving Kobe and Durant at least some sort of challenge.

Haha, personally I don't like Scola, but they did only get him for 3M, so I'm content. I hope they still get the chance to sign O.J Mayo though :/

Yeah we need a scorer.. or someone that wants to score all the time. Mayonnaise would definitely try to attack the basket.

starting to look like a good cheap line up with Scola for only 3mil LOL laughing.

PG Dragic (8mil) / Kendall Marshall (2mil rookie contract)
SG Mayo (11mil) / Dudely (4mil)
SF Beasley (6mil) / Markieff Morris (2mil rookie/sophomore contract)
PF Scola (3mil) / Warrick (5mil)
C Gortat (7mil)/ Frye (6mil)

lacking a bit of defense... but no crazy massive contracts to hamstring the franchise for years to come. I really liked the signing of Josh Childress, but for 7mil per year he turned out to be a lemon.. same with the signings of Warrick and Frye.

Scola is only $3m this season, next season he is back to his expensive contract.

I completely agree with you, the signing of Childress was exciting until you realised his role in the team.. HAHHA

Warrick is quite overpaid, but I disagree withe Frye, if you remember te numbers he put up in the 2011 season, quite astonishing actually, although this season, the suns tried to improve his rebounding and defense, which you can see improved, just not a hell of a lot.

He's a great player, it's just hard for him to do two things at once ..

Serious? thats a bit slack towards the Suns then.

Well if thats the case.. Scola will get paid
4.9 mil in 2012/13 (reduced to 3mil now)
5.8 mil in 2013/14
6.5 mil in 2014/15

hopefully by the then he'll be too old and get waived LOL

Childess was one of the favourite players on the Suns after Nash. But I'm glade the Suns amnestied him and his 7mil contract. They might regret it now cos Mayo just signed up with Dallas.

here is the Mavs potential lineup:
PG - Collison
SG- Mayo
SF- Marion
PF - Dirk
C- Kaman

6th man - Brand

Looks a lot better then last season.

i though scoula was awesome at the rockets but only if a team that need to win a title. Rockets were not that team. Noe he is ave. Mayo is expected to go to the suns, but 3 other teams are interested, (bulls for one.) His D can be up and down however, bulls can do with a player like that. Being young, money may be more important making the sun the choice.
