@ air i dont agree with just hiring and firing player just for floor sake of floor salary. that is going to haunt you in the long run. Game shape is important .I have trianed it for 2 season. My players are not that high in salary but they are in pt per game and stats & skills.
When you hire and fire it's to save money for
any manager not just someone who wants to save money on no floor salary. Whether you buy a 5k salary player or 15k salary player and win the bid for 1k, you just want to play him once and fire him after the game. It costs you just the 1k for the bid.
This is doing anything but "haunting" anyone in the long run.
Are you saying you're selecting "game shape" for your training over the last 2 years for your 1 10k player and the rest are all under 7k?
I can sell my pg for 150-250k$.. So game shape & proper training helps bring in money latter down the line for your team.
Training game shape over the long term is not adding value to the player whatsoever. However, the week you sell him, if he is on proficient GS, he will fetch more money.
A 1k$ player just to sit in is not good idea, just change your playing ways and etc. Thats save 1ks every time, i have a players that worth not much but skills are good and i can sell them for 50-100K or more respectly almost each and every one of them.
A 1k player to sit in
is a good idea. He just wants to fill the roster while his injured players heal. What's the sense in buying a new 10k player for each injured player when his main goal is saving money? That will cost 10k per week salary, plus the winning bid price.
What players on your roster besides Kardan can you sell for anything close to 100K? Certainly not the lowest 6 players by salary on your team. And the useful 18-year old 4k player you do have, you're not even playing or training him.
If you want out of div V at some point, you need to start changing
your ways.
If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
