Player of the week:
Roman Muggleton (WT)
Roman destroyed his opponent on route to his easily game high 36 points. The Knights were never really in the contest, however Muggleton was clearly his teams most efficient player. Stuffing the stat sheet and shutting down your opponent will get you this award
Defensive player of the week:
Mefodiy Rudov (HA)
Rudov didnt see much of the orange on the offensive end, however he pulled down 17 boards, 13 of which were on the defensive end. But it was his 4 blocks and keeping his opponent to 1-14 shooting which is why he gets this award.
Sub of the week (less than 24 minutes as a non-starter)
Marty Fernandez (GV) - 10 points, 3 rebounds, 20 mins
It was a struggle to find a sub that played well this week. Marty gets it with his 10 points off 4-6 shooting in 20 minutes. this little injection of points was valuable to the Vipers who were unable to get the W.
Encouragement award (best performance in a losing side)
Jarrad Corica (JWCB) - 27 points, 6 rebounds
Corica was the only player on his team to score double digits, not to mention keeping the opposing SG's to 4-14 from the field.
