That seems way too high.

Anyone know the NBA average team totals, just as a point of comparison?

Second Team:
Black Forest Boars
I took the scrimmages of my five first friends:
0-3
4-4
9-3
4-8
4-4

Average:
4,3 blocks per team.

Can I remind you that Noah made a triple double this season with ten blocks ? Twice as much as the team average. Let's not jump on conclusion after one evening and with abnormalities when many other examples were in the normality. If tweaks need to be done, they will be made. Hell, if we used my sample, we should amp even more then SB.

You're right. And to show, what is possible with the "old" engine:

I played with 11 other teams in a PL. The first two games weren't with my current team. I had only 1 block. The other 9 games I played at 100%. The result was 102 blocks. That makes 11.3 blk/game.
And if someone thinks that I only played against bad teams... my season average in the 2nd german league is 9.1 blk/game.

On that I agree, this should have been available to test during the PL too.

exactly. and let's not forget this might also attract new supporters.

Specialty outside builds have not been exploited yet. Teams are working on this now so soon we will begin to see outside based teams with specialty big men, ala specialty guards for look inside. We know that while not many teams are doing it, one of, if not the, best team in the USA is an outside team. Give them some specialty bigs and they're certainly the best team in the league.

So now we're going to have some specialty bigs, maybe SF's too, coming through and should provide balance for outside teams. At the same time SB is also going to be increased. I fully expect this change to tip the balance back towards outside teams. If i wasn't dedicated to training and holding some salaries for the NT I'd be immediately selling everyone and starting on outside based team.

We need PL testing for testing to work though...scrimmages are HORRIBLE for testing...we only use scrubs and trainees out of position...body can set scrimmage lineup for testing specifically...its GS and training day.

I thought they were going to roll them out in private leagues? maybe im not recalling it correctly.

anyway, this is a chance to provide more incentive for teams to pay and support the game. maybe get some help for marin?
