Things are a little more mellow over at Charazy.com

Lol, everybody needs to play some Charazay to cool off.

Where incidentally I am also in the first division
with a team of the same name
and have never had even a single issue
hmm...maybe it's not me

In fact..I play 4 basketball games and 2 hockey games
teams all named Headless Thompson Gunners
I defy anybody to find even one confrontational or controversial post from me
in any of the 5 other games.
The defense rests your honour

Alright...with the defense resting, its time to talk U-21!

So MASSIVE week this week! First off I want to say a very special thank you to all the current U-21 managers. Last night when I checked minutes before the update every single player on the team was between 48 - 78 minutes. All 12! Of course the GS update was good and now we have a full squad with GS between 7 - 9....one more week of minutes management like this and we might have a full 9 GS squad. Thanks for the great minutes management!

Also BIG training week this week, with 8 pops! Given our success in past weeks we have been getting more than half a pop per player per week, which at 21 seems pretty good.

Tough call on the trainers of the week with so many pops...must give props to:

The Ozone and his player Colin Brookfield (34002) for fixing the GS and training the player based on suggestion! In good GS Brookfield will be a monster.

Also shout out to Carleton Huskies and his player Jason Colesby (25044) for good minute management and good training.

Really proud of every manager this week. Even the players who have been notified that their player may be due for a call up are managing minutes pretty good so go Canada! Ecuador is in trouble this week!

Ok, so we are 3 - 0 but the competition has been pretty easy. Next game against Venezuela should be a good match up so we will get a better idea where the team stands. Had a really interesting scrim against Indonesia U21 yesterday which is encouraging given we held them to such low points, but the offense might need a little bit of work.

Ok so the awards this week....

David Shirley and his manager (176561) for being in 9 GS and a double pop this week!

Marc Fortin and his manager (78497) for great minutes management and one pop!

This week we added three players (saved Pinnella who has some good skills and potential and should be playing with good GS. He is open for bidding right now and I hope a good Canadian manager gets him...you can check him out here....(32679294).

Also added two other players...a nice big (32679383) (who was in Utopia and missed by the scouting) and a well trained balanced player (32679718). Congrats to the managers of these players!

For pops this week...

Week 1 - 10 players, 6 pops
Week 2 - 12 players, 6 pops
Week 3 - 12 players, 8 pops
Week 4 - 15 players, 9 pops

Another decent week of training pops, as we are still averaging over half a pop a week per player.

Wanted to also mention that I'm hoping that everyone keep minutes in shape this week cause of the big game next week. I think if we have some decent GS we have a nice chance to come out on top. Thanks to all the managers so far who have been really active in making sure their player is the best he can be for game day, so far the results show your hard work! Cheers, Green.
