yep - have been doing this for past few seasons..... keeping the RB on the lower side as well, in order to keep the salary cost-efficient where possible.

haven't worked out the right balance of ID - SB yet, am thinking im gonna go higher SB.

So how do you train in order to keep salary down? Does salary infaltion happen often? I thought everytime you move up salary goes up.

If you don't want salary to go up you don't train.
Salary goes up based off the pops/skill set so it does inflate for younger players getting good training.
Salary Floor goes up based off what league you're in. D.V Has a salary floor of like 40k where as D. IV is 52k.

So a friend of mine said he has minium salary cap of 30k in division 3 Candaian league, He is making 100k profit is there a minium salary cap for us in the USA as well?

Yes there is. You don't have to meet it if you don't want to but just FYI if you have a team salary of 30k but the salary floor is 52k you still get charged 52k even though you have a cheap team.

There's no "salary cap" per say because every teams income is different just make sure you're not losing money every week.

Well loosing money would be the start of my downfall. Anyhow I upgrade my arena each time I make sure that I dont go below my expenses cost.

What did you do with all your promotion money because you still have a relatively small arena especially for D.IV?

As Perpete stated salary is never updated mid season or at all during the season. Only at the end so just know you can have a player who has a salary of 4k and with great training he could have a real salary of 10k but it won't show until next season when everything's updated.

Which is why im making 63k in my first team almost twice as much as league average. My 2nd team i'm making 14k because I'm not willing to pay that firing expense just yet i'll pay that in the offseason. I spent too much on my staff in my 2nd team trainer but its been doing good just cost to much

The cost to fire a staff member will increase every week since you pay one week's salary to fire him, and his salary increases every week. Plus if you're paying a higher salary every week, that amount starts to add up.
