So why tank? Only purpose is to gain money. And if you want to gain a draft pick, why next season and not this one? Obviously it's up to you. I'm just curious.

The purpose is to gain a good draft pick. The reason for next season is to just see if I can stay up a season, that's all. I'm going league average or so on salaries, so I'd like to see how current team makeup fares.

Yeah, that's a ridiculous draw based on world rank. Hopefully they want that rank by going all out last season and their teams don't represent their position.
