Three drastic changes in a row? Are you kidding?

And what are the two drastic changes that happened? The salaries are only slightly increased for LI guards which were the biggest problem, but the salaries are also sightly increased for players for other tactics as well.

Example (http://i.imgur.com/PNgKNyK.png): This player wasn't trained last season at all, and yet his salary increased from 113,620 to 122,014.

The salary increase of 5-6% is pretty irrelevant for LI guards who always had low salary.

BB's didn't do any drastic changes for 20+ seasons that I'm playing it. Otherwise inside tactics wouldn't still be the most dominant tactics.

As I said my main C +4%. My backup C with way less than half secondaries +4%.

If the global salaries would have decreased, it would have been easier to see the increment applied to the secondary skills. With this global increment I'm afraid it's more complicated to differentiate one from another.

I get it Foto. I'm not claiming secondaries have not increased. To be honest if everyone is affected by the increase I have no problem with it. As I said to RiP/Ryan, Marin did make a point of stressing that salaries had dropped last season. Since salaries decreased for 10 straight seasons (or whatever long), it might have been a good idea to prepare users for the fact that a change of direction was planned or it was a possibility.

Former BB-Charles explained once in forums the reasons to decide the direction salaries should take each season. But to be honest, I don't remember the exact words and I couldn't find the post. Maybe any old user knows what I'm talking about.
Anyway, I understand what you mean.

For what concerns the global increment, I don't think it has ever been mentioned before it is applied, (maybe a line in the news a couple of times) since it uses to be an small %. Last seasons it was a decrement, so most of us were happy to see our salaries being reduced. The problem is that it's very difficult to be happy when you see an increment instead.

i do have a question that if the secondary skill salary has to be changed and show its significancy

About this, the reality is that this change hasn't been so high, so it can be easily disguished with other circumstances. Last season global salaries decreased, so it was easier to see it.

Just remember that you introduced a overextension tax which is in effect a luxury tax to rein in the salary expenses in the past.

If you start increasing salary to every player you may have to keep an eye on that tax, because people may end up over the threshold one season to the next, even though nothing changed in their roster.
