For what it's worth, my Tournament game from last night played at some point in the past hour or two, so hopefully we're starting to make progress in getting back on schedule. As someone who's in the past received the 3:30 am call when a critical service is not functioning (and in my case, because of some changes I had made in code), I don't envy Marin one bit here. Hopefully part of the benefit of bringing on new BBs is the ability to have more coverage in case something like this happens, but it's also not a reasonable expectation for them to have already gotten familiar enough with the game's architecture to be able to manually resolve a deadlock or other delay unsupervised, yet.
