i feel you mate! very deeply !

truth is, its a wait and see thing. because if it didnt go smoothly im going to bitching to them like there is no tom .

joke i wouldnt do that . . . but we need to voice out this matter once we see a trend of how this goes.

truth is, with this rivalry and people knowing it its like watching the lakers and boston then when bird vs magic.

imagine how much money can you make more especially if it falls to a tv game . . . right now its 35k plus attendance . . . for a division 1 something stinks :D maybe after this season this thing coudl get bloated again

This makes me a little bit scared, because I guess that the news will be something like this "winning against your rival is extra important".

Considering that some teams have gotten several rivals, while others (like mine), have none this would be completely unfair. Of course for me it would be could, as it is more likely that teams will play TIE against me to be prepared for their meeting with their rival. But, for the poor team that happens to get several rivals this could be an absolut nightmare.

Anyway, I hope my assumption is completely wrong and that the news will be something like "you get extra money when you meet your rival" (but then I do not see what it would add to the game). If the rival will be extra important for the fan mood O would suggest that you redo the rivalries so it becomes a 1-to-1 match.

It seems like the rival is the team you have played the most against. That might be why promoting teams to D1 get a rivalry against a team in D1 that promoted a couple of years ago. That team might have more games with a team in that league than you which is why it may not be reciprocated.

I just promoted up into the top league and there is one team which I have played 7 times already and yet, my rival is a team I faced just once.

It could very possibly be a good thing not to have a rival, depending on how they are going to use it. If they make it more important to beat your rival than beating other teams then I would most defintely prefer not to be anyones rival.
