Probably I'll train him in jump shot even if, honestly, he's not "extremely" young so I don't expect an huge improvement

well its a center so i guess it would be better to train him in some more center related skills. for example inside shot, inside def or stuff like that.

for the training improvement, it seems like 24 year old players dont train that much slower then a 18 year old player. Alot of ppl were reporting that just the old players got skills up and not the younger once.

As far as i know he is not good enough for the team right now. Or maybe as substitute ;)
But if you train him he will have and get his chance i am sure

Greetings

After the Allstargame, that'll be history ;)
4) Training for the youngest players will now happen approximately twice as quickly overall, so that we can build up the population of skilled players more rapidly. As players get older, the speedup will not be as high, and over the next few seasons, the training pace will be gradually reduced until it reaches our long-term equilibrium goal of approximately 1.5 times the current pace.

But it's not bad, to give him a few lessons on jump shot. Maybe he's up to qualify himself as a PF ;)

Ok, I'll try to train him but if he doesn't have possibility to enter in the National team I prefer to train better my 18 players that have good chance to play in a national team. For sure my intention is to train him because is one of the best player I've but now I've to do some sessions in jump shot. About his position in field, now he's qualified as PF

Thanks for your time and for your advices ;)
