I'm assuming that having this on my supporter page:
"Second Team Option valid until 3/31/2015." means that I'll have a second team.

Or do I have to do something different to 'activate' this option?

i read more accurately the 2ndteampage:

there is a "marginal note":

Once acquired, starting from season 27, you can use this page to create your second team (you can reach this page using the team overview page).

That's right, you can't do anything else until the second teams are actually released which seems like it will be at the start of next season.

Has anyone noticed that the amount of trainers have skyrocketed today?

Yesterday there were 30 trainers advanced+ with career extension. Now there are 50.
