Korea has corrupted me.
Would've been cool if you could scout the second nationality in Utopia. Guess you would've utilized those hunting korean-utopians every season.

Random question on 'Sublevels'. Do sublevels have any impact within the game engine or does it simply signal how close a player is to popping? Let's say I have a guy who is Respectable (level 7) in Inside Defense and I train him in ID for a week and he doesn't pop. From a sublevel standpoint he obviously increased ..... let's give it a number 7.6. Will he play the next week with fractionally better defense? Would a 7.6 ID play better than a 7.1? Or does Respectable just mean plain old respectable and that is how the game engine interprets it?

I ask the question for a couple reasons but I suppose it comes back to training and the pops. Are the pops to the next level more of an emotional feel good response? Like if my guy doesn't pop but I know he's close, do I really care if he's at a level say 7.9 rather than an 8.1 other than having the skill switch to Strong?

Obviously I realize a 'Strong' ID will have more value than a 'Respectable' should I list the player on the Transfer List, but if I plan to keep a player for the long-haul then that's a non-issue.

Promotion

I have read some of the posts regarding promotion, but I still have a question.

Division IV USA

It is early, but I think I can tell how the final standings will be. We will be Second in our division, but have the 5th best overall record in the league. The other division has the 3 best teams in it.

From the game manual: "the next best teams in your division will promote to fill in any Bot-controlled team spots in higher leagues." I think my confusion comes from conferences vs division vs league and how these terms are sometimes used interchangeably in posts.

So, in this scenario listed above would we be 4th or 5th in line to promote? And, I have not been paying that much attention to which teams have been promoting in past seasons as we have been moved around a bit in the realignments, so how many teams are usually promoting from Division IV.

Thanks

Training court

With a training court, does either the level of the staff trainer or the age of the player affect the training from the training court?

Thanks

I use this format for my trainees in this situation.
A - A - F

B - G - H

C - G - G

blanc- D - D

blanc - E - E
D and E will still start and will play 48 minutes if there are no injuries or 6 fouls. has worked for me since I started using it.
