Hello Jay_M e The Old Man (and who else is reading)

Even with a relatively larger community, such in Brazil, it is difficult to create a team that can compete with the giants of BB. The big NTs have teams very well prepared and distributed. Times focused exclusively to draft and train new talent. In Brazil, when I was a manager, we try to follow this, training young players in team of the second and third divisions, and then sell to major league teams. Unfortunately we have not succeeded, we build good players, but without the dedication of a really great and dedicated team is impossible to figure in the top 5 BB, with a full team, with main and reserve/substitutes players.

Considering the size of the community of India here in BB the results are understandable, but I think with just some managers, but really dedicated managers, you could make several good players to achieve better positions in the championships. I know it’s hard, but it’s possible.

I’m sorry to know about the big teams. But this may be an opportunity to the small one step up. Let’s look the bright side.

Hey bonomi,

The golden generation of players of India who could have competed with the bigs have all turned old. Until we have atleast a league complete of managers it wont be possible ti build a strong team. We try to create players but we can't train more than 1 or max 2 and bring out their full potential. So by the time we can create a team of complete monsters each coming from a different team it will take more than a few years.

Regards.

I understand that. Without the support of a large community the process is much slower.

And when you train a player the opportunity cost is mostly your ranking. You cant win a lot if you keep training no matter what managers say.

No they are just trainees. In past I use to buy player like these for 1million now I had to pay five, recession has hit the game badly. So I have to build my team in two phases. Next phase is after 3 seasons

Long time indeed.
Life is okay. I just finish my degree and just start my pos graduation. I hope you are okay too.

About your "young one" you share with us. Right in the first look we have things to wonder about, like his height. 201 is a good high, but i think would be better for a SF, i like to train player for PF or C with more than 206 cm, because they get pop ups faster in the inside game. But 201 is good for a PF too.

Anyway, thinking in get your player better, either for SF or for PF, we see a lack of Jump Shot that may drop his game score. SF and PF are player that can be really great with Jump Shot high.

If you are trying to make a SF, I recommend immediately start a 1x1 training on him, so that he can dessenvolver fast her outside game and then train his inside game (what i think is easier).

I also recommend this site (http://www.buzzer-manager.com) to you run some simulations about your player salary and potencial in next season.
